Ready to buy? The following will show you how you can close the deal and become a new homeowner.

 

Step-by-Step Guide to Purchasing an Amaia Land Property

 

  • You can contact us.

  • Ask for a sample computation of a specific unit/lot from our Property Specialist (PS)

  • Confirm the chosen unit/lot with us to hold the unit.

  • Fill in the Reservation Form.

  • Submit required documents.

  • If you make full payment on your purchase, then Amaia Land sends the Deed of Sale (DOS) to you (the buyer) for signature.

  • You return the signed DOS to Amaia Land who will notarize the document

  • Amaia Land returns the notarized DOS to you.

  • Amaia Land finalizes title transfer, with target release at 180 days from date of full payment.

  • If payment is on installment basis, you submit an Installment Application Form and Amaia Land conducts a credit check.

  • Upon approval, remit the downpayment and inform the Ayala Land office of your chosen mode of payment for the monthly amortization.

  • Amaia Land sends Contract to Sell (CTS) to you for signature.

  • You return the signed CTS to Amaia Land who will then notarize the document. )

  • Amaia Land returns the notarized CTS to you

  • Upon full payment, Amaia Land sends the Deed of Sale (DOS) to you for signature.

  • You return the signed DOS to Amaia Land who will notarize the document.

  • Amaia Land returns the notarized DOS to you.

  • Amaia Land finalizes title transfer, with target release at 180 days after Full Payment.

STEP 5: PURCHASE - Complete the purchase.
