If you make full payment on your purchase, then Amaia Land sends the Deed of Sale (DOS) to you (the buyer) for signature.

You return the signed DOS to Amaia Land who will notarize the document

Amaia Land returns the notarized DOS to you.

Amaia Land finalizes title transfer, with target release at 180 days from date of full payment.

If payment is on installment basis, you submit an Installment Application Form and Amaia Land conducts a credit check.

Upon approval, remit the downpayment and inform the Ayala Land office of your chosen mode of payment for the monthly amortization.

Amaia Land sends Contract to Sell (CTS) to you for signature.

You return the signed CTS to Amaia Land who will then notarize the document. )
